Blessed Marketing
Local trades

Paid ads for contractors who measure in jobs booked.

Contractors, remodelers, specialty trades. We build campaigns around your service radius, your ticket size, and your sales cycle. Visual creative is part of the brief, not an afterthought.

Quick answer

What does Blessed Marketing do for contractors and local trades?

We manage Google Ads and Meta Ads on a flat monthly retainer for general contractors, remodelers, specialty trades (solar, fencing, decking, flooring, garage doors, cabinetry), and outdoor and landscape companies. The retainer covers service-radius bidding, visual creative direction, long-cycle CRM attribution from first click to signed contract, weekly optimization, and reporting tied to signed jobs.

Categories we work in

Different trade. Different math.

General contractors

Long consideration windows, six-figure tickets, multi-month sales cycles. We pair Meta and Display for top-of-funnel proof with Search for active project intent.

Remodelers

Kitchen, bath, whole-home. Visual story carries the channel: before-and-after, walkthroughs, real homes. Meta does the heavy lifting; Search captures decided buyers.

Specialty trades

Solar, fencing, decking, flooring, garage doors, custom cabinetry. Each has its own seasonality and ticket band. Campaigns are tuned per category, not bundled.

Outdoor and landscape

Heavy seasonality, photo-driven decisions, neighborhood-cluster patterns. We map service-area economics to where the work actually compounds.

Our trades playbook

Four things every retainer ships.

  1. 01
    Service-radius economics

Driving 40 miles for a deck install destroys margin. We bid and budget by zone so the routes pencil out.

  2. 02
    Visual creative pipeline

We brief and direct before-and-after content, walkthroughs, and crew-on-site photography. Trades that look the part book more work.

  3. 03
    Long-cycle attribution

From first click to signed contract can be two to six months. We track it. CRM hand-off and offline conversions make every dollar defensible.

  4. 04
    Review pacing

Google reviews drive Local Service Ads and organic rank. We coordinate a review-request cadence that compounds across paid and organic.

FAQ

Local trades, common questions.

What ticket sizes does this work for?
Best fit is contractor and remodeler work with average tickets above $5,000. Specialty trades in the $1,500 to $50,000 band work well too. Below $1,500 average ticket, the unit economics of paid Meta in particular get tight.
How long until we see signed contracts?
Leads inside the first two weeks, signed contracts on your normal sales cycle, which for most remodelers and contractors is one to four months. We share weekly lead volume and lead quality so you are not waiting blind.
Do you handle Local Service Ads for trades?
Where you qualify and where the category supports it. LSAs are strong for handyman, electrical, garage door, and some HVAC adjacencies. For full remodels, LSAs are limited; Search and Meta do the heavy lifting.
Will you help with our website if it is the bottleneck?
We build campaign-specific landing pages when the main site does not convert. We will not rebuild your whole site, but we will diagnose where it is leaking on the discovery call and tell you what to fix first.
What about photo and video content?
We write briefs and direct production. If your in-house team can shoot, we coordinate. If not, we have production partners. Creative is the highest-ROI lever in this category and we will not let it become the bottleneck.
