Google Ads management

Google Ads that book jobs, not impressions.

We build, run, and optimize Google Ads for service businesses doing $500K to $5M. Search, Performance Max, and Local Service Ads, tuned weekly to the leads and jobs you actually want.

Quick answer

What does Blessed Marketing do for Google Ads clients?

We manage Google Ads on a flat monthly retainer for service businesses, covering Google Search, Performance Max, and Local Service Ads where the client qualifies. The retainer includes account architecture, conversion and call tracking, landing pages where needed, weekly optimization, and plain-English reporting. Ad spend is billed directly by Google to the client with no agency markup. Minimum monthly ad spend is approximately $3,000.

What's included

Every retainer includes the same engineering discipline.

Account architecture

Search, Performance Max, and Local Service Ads structured around your service area, ticket size, and seasonality. No campaigns inherited from a template.

Conversion and call tracking

Phone-call conversions, form fills, and offline conversions wired to the CRM. We track booked jobs, not button clicks.

Landing pages where needed

When your existing pages do not convert, we build the page. Hosted on your domain, indexed on your sitemap.

Negative-keyword and audience hygiene

Continuous pruning of waste queries, junk locations, and bot traffic. We watch the spend, not just the spreadsheet.

Weekly optimization

Bids, budgets, creative, audiences, geographies. Every change is documented in a shared log.

Plain-English reporting

One dashboard. Spend, leads, cost per lead, and booked-job revenue when your CRM allows. Read it in 90 seconds.

Who this is for

Service businesses that measure in jobs booked.

Google Ads is the right channel when intent is high and timing matters: someone is searching for an emergency plumber, a family attorney, or a roofer at 7am on a Tuesday. The buyer signaled exactly what they want. Your job is to be in front of them, and our job is to make that math work.

We work best with: home services, local trades, and professional services firms with average ticket values north of $400 and a sales process that can close a phone-in lead within 72 hours.

If your operation cannot pick up the phone within an hour during business hours, Google Ads is the wrong place to invest. We will tell you that on the discovery call.

Google Ads vs Meta Ads

When Google Ads is the right channel.

Both channels can produce booked jobs for service businesses, but they solve different problems. Use this matrix to decide which to launch first, or whether to run both.

FAQ

Google Ads, common questions.

Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. The client owns the Google Ads account in all Blessed Marketing engagements. We work inside the client's account, never our own. If we part ways, the account, the conversion data, audience lists, and historical performance all stay with the client.
Do you require a minimum ad spend?
Yes. We work best with monthly ad budgets starting at $3,000 per month. Below that threshold, learning phases stall on Google Ads, conversion data accumulates too slowly to optimize against, and the math on a managed retainer rarely works for either side.
How is the retainer structured?
Pricing is a flat monthly retainer that covers strategy, build, weekly optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting. Ad spend is billed directly by Google to the client's card with no agency markup. Spend and retainer are two separate line items, transparent at all times.
How long is the commitment?
Month to month after an initial 90-day window. The first 90 days is the minimum runway for a Google Ads campaign to reach efficient cost per lead, since the conversion algorithm needs roughly that long to learn against booked-job signal. After 90 days, the retainer earns itself every month.
Do you do Local Service Ads (LSAs)?
Yes, where the client qualifies. Local Service Ads work alongside Google Search and Performance Max for most home-services categories. We coordinate Google verification, profile optimization, review pacing, and the lead-dispute workflow that recovers spend on unqualified calls.
What about Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking?
We set up or audit GA4, Google Tag Manager, phone-call tracking, and offline conversions as part of onboarding. Conversion tracking is the foundation of profitable paid ads, so if it is broken, we will say so on the discovery call before any retainer is signed.
